  Konstantin was fantastic to work with – truly a professional and reliable contractor. He clearly has a lot of experience, as my parents have been using his services for years. We particularly appreciated his thoroughness and knowledge, especially when we hired him to remodel our bathroom after buying the house. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and even mindful of our pets! He offered really valuable advice on the best materials and design choices for our bathroom, and his understanding of plumbing and building regulations gave us a lot of confidence.   Konstantin was absolutely amazing – honestly, a lifesaver for us as first-time homeowners! We were completely overwhelmed with the list of things we needed to get done after buying our place, and worried about finding someone who could handle everything from remodeling the kitchen and bathroom to installing new floors and even furniture. Konstantin came highly recommended, and he exceeded all our expectations with his professionalism and the incredible quality of his work. He was so responsive, coming over on short notice to give us a detailed estimate, and he patiently helped us make all those big decisions, even when we initially disagreed! There were definitely some unexpected challenges – like discovering the damaged concrete floors under the old carpet – but Konstantin tackled everything with a fantastic attitude and got the job done perfectly. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. He even used the leftover flooring from the main project to re-floor our master closet, completely without extra charges! It was so thoughtful. Throughout the whole process, I felt completely secure leaving it in his hands, and I can’t express how much stress he took away from what was already a really hectic time.   Konstantin did an absolutely fantastic job renovating my bathroom. He handled everything – the tile work, installing the new fixtures, painting, and even removing the old ones – and did it all with such professionalism and a real eye for detail.   Konstantin did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom on the second floor of the Cape. The tile work, especially in the shower and on the walls, was just beautiful – he has a real eye for detail and really knew how to lay the tiles in a really artistic way. We absolutely love our new bathroom! He was so helpful and easy to work with, giving us great advice throughout the whole process, and the job was completed incredibly quickly.
