  “We hired JS Masonry to repair leaks around our chimney, and while Juliano’s initial assessment – repointing, a new concrete cap, and waterproofing – looked promising, the work ultimately didn't solve the problem. The leaks were just as bad after the next storm, and despite multiple attempts to get them to address it, they never sent anyone out. Even worse, just a few months later, a large portion of the new concrete cap had crumbled off, which clearly indicated a serious issue with the quality of the work. I understand they might be busy, but it’s incredibly frustrating when a company doesn't stand behind their work, and I wouldn't recommend them.” report abuse

  Juliano was fantastic. I was bracing myself for a lengthy and expensive repair estimate for an old wall, but he completely surprised me with his insightful advice on how to maintain it myself.
