  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this experience. The tile installation itself was done, but they didn’t put down any subflooring, which I found concerning. We had a tile crack and contacted them for repairs, but their response – essentially blaming us for damaging the tile – was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. report abuse

  The installers were fantastic – really friendly and went above and beyond, even vacuuming up all the loose carpet fibers and debris that had fallen from the hallway above. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience. The salesperson seemed unfamiliar with the warranty details and tried to push a carpet option that would have actually cancelled it out. Worse, when I raised concerns, the manager refused to take any responsibility. It was a completely frustrating and unacceptable situation.” report abuse
