“I hired this company about six months ago when I had a water leak, and they diagnosed a cracked heating core that ended up costing me a significant amount – a couple of thousand dollars. Unfortunately, the leak persisted, and the next person I spoke with quickly determined it was actually coming from my hot water heater, which was completely inaccurate. Chris came back to try and fix it, but even after gluing some drainage pipes, the leak continued. After that, communication completely fell apart; Tom said someone would come out yesterday, they didn’t show, and he only called this morning with no follow-up. They just seemed to have given up, and I was left with no support – I had to find a new plumber.”
