  I was really impressed with Dennis O’Brien Land Surveyors. We were starting the process of adding onto our house – and we were also exploring the possibility of a pool, which has been a little tricky to discuss! Getting the initial land survey done was a key first step, and Dennis’s team really knocked it out of the park. I initially contacted a friend who’s a surveyor, but he wasn’t able to give me a firm timeline. Then, through our architect, I found Dennis and his company, and they were fantastic. Dennis gave me a realistic estimate of 3-4 weeks, and his crew arrived within about 7 days and finished the survey in just under two weeks! I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency.   Dennis did a fantastic job! He was really responsive from the start and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how fair his pricing was, and he was also super easy to talk to. I needed to make a few adjustments after the initial survey and handled some wetlands paperwork, and he took care of everything within a day or two. I’d definitely recommend him. report abuse
