“I was really struggling to find a reliable land surveyor, and honestly, I was expecting a lot more hassle than I got. Thankfully, a colleague recommended Precision, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Mrs. Laura took everything in hand – she explained my situation clearly, handled the title survey with incredible accuracy and speed, and provided all the information I needed. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, both during and after the surveys. It was truly professional service, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing a survey.”

“I recently used Precision for an update to a previous survey, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. They insisted on sending someone out again, and the price they quoted was double what I paid for the initial survey. I wanted to share my experience to warn others about this vendor.”
-
“Overall, I was really pleased with the service. They turned things around quickly and accurately – I was able to get my survey completed promptly for my permit. I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Linda; she was incredibly kind and clearly dedicated to her clients.”

“I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of work I receive from this company – it’s always done quickly and thoroughly checked. Linda, in particular, is fantastic. She’s genuinely friendly, really understanding, and makes you feel like a valued customer. She’s incredibly personable and always takes the time to check in and make you feel comfortable.”

“I can’t recommend this company highly enough! The service was fantastic, the prices were really good, but what really stood out was their commitment to helping you out. Seriously, they were far better than any other company I’ve worked with.”

I hired Precision Survey to conduct a property survey for $600, intending to use the results to adjust my fence and shed. The survey was very detailed, measuring distances down to the 1/100th of a foot. After making the necessary changes, I contacted them again for $450 to re-verify the location after the adjustments. However, the subsequent survey showed that my fence was now inexplicably 0.41 feet over the property line – despite moving it away from an existing structure that was clearly marked on the original survey. When I questioned the surveyor about this, he was completely unhelpful, offering no logical explanation and simply suggesting I should have had them stake out the property for an additional $650. His response was unprofessional and frustrating, relying solely on a disclaimer rather than addressing the issue. I would strongly advise against using Precision Survey – it was a deeply disappointing experience.

“I want to strongly advise against using Precision. This was a completely unsatisfactory experience and, frankly, a scam. I initially contacted Aisha Kahn on September 22nd to request an ALTA survey – a very specific type of survey required for obtaining a building permit in NYC. Aisha sent me a contract and immediately demanded an advance payment of $2,400. However, my architect reviewed the survey and determined it was incomplete. When I brought this to Aisha’s attention, she falsely claimed I had requested a bank survey (despite explicitly stating I needed an *in writing* survey with no bank involvement) and then dismissed my architect’s concerns, even going so far as to treat him rudely and threaten him. I’ve reported Precision and its representatives to the licensing authority.”
-
“I’ve consistently received surveys from this company and haven’t encountered any issues with them at all.”
-
“I was really pleased with this survey company – they were quick, professional, and did a great job with my property in Middle Village. I’d definitely recommend them.”
