We were given a detailed breakdown of the project costs upfront, which made everything so clear and easy to manage. Rich kept us constantly updated on his progress, letting us know exactly what was happening each day, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.   “I contacted Willow Brook for a foundation wall replacement, and honestly, I’m really glad I got a chance to reconsider. From the start, things felt a little off. The initial phone call was just a brief “hello” – not a professional response at all. Weeks went by before I even received a return call to schedule an estimate, and when the estimator finally arrived, it took him 15 minutes to show up after calling me. He then told me it would be another 15-30 minutes before he could actually assess the work. I’ve worked with plenty of contractors and this level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It’s definitely a red flag, and I’d advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution.” report abuse

  Rich did an absolutely fantastic job with my bathroom remodel. I was a little apprehensive starting my first project, but he really took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable.
