I was incredibly disappointed with the experience. My husband scheduled a walkthrough appointment, and it was set for between 9:30 am and 10:00 am. Considering the hour and a half drive from our property, we arrived early to ensure we were ready. We waited until 11:00 am, but no one ever showed up, and the office number went straight to voicemail – the message indicated they’d be back Monday morning. It became clear immediately that you had no intention of fulfilling the appointment. Wasting three hours of our time and travel was unacceptable. This kind of business practice is frustrating, and we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. Thank you for the wasted time and money.
