  Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with this company. They really went above and beyond to help us find a beautiful, historically-appropriate door for our old house – it was a bit of a challenge finding something that matched our specific style and color preferences. The installer was fantastic, and the owner, Keith, even checked in on the progress, which we really appreciated. The installation itself was absolutely perfect – they paid incredible attention to detail, especially with the framing, caulking, and threshold.   Craig was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed the problem with my townhouse’s leaking window, pinpointing that the issue wasn’t the window itself, but the brick veneer above it. He even went the extra mile to check it out further and confirmed his assessment. I really appreciated his honest and straightforward explanation, and his willingness to drive out to my property to take a look.   Maryland Windows Doors Roofs did an absolutely fantastic job with our roof before we installed our solar panels. Keith and his team were so patient and helpful, taking the time to really understand our needs and guide us to the best solutions for our house. The workers themselves were incredibly conscientious, kept us updated on the schedule, and were just really professional. We even had a leak develop in a section they hadn’t worked on, and they went above and beyond, checking to make sure it wasn’t their issue and then offering helpful recommendations.   “I had a fantastic experience getting my sliding glass door replaced. They provided a really competitive quote right away, and thankfully they moved quickly to order the door. It’s worth noting that with the ongoing delays due to COVID, there was a bit of a wait for the delivery, but the team kept me fully informed throughout the process – I really appreciated that. The door was installed today, and even though I couldn’t be there, I was sent pictures by Thom of the installers working, and they were wearing masks.   Keith and his team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our roof. We’d been putting it off for years, and from the very first contact, Keith was incredibly responsive and professional – genuinely a pleasure to work with. The proposal he put together was top-notch and priced very competitively. We really appreciated his flexibility too, as we were working with short days and the holiday season, plus the whole pandemic situation, so he worked with us to find a time that fit our schedule. His team was incredibly diligent and managed to complete the whole job – which included the main roof, garage, porch, screen porch and shed – in just one day! They even had to come back the next day to finish up before a predicted snowfall. What really stood out to me was Keith’s commitment to ensuring we were completely satisfied; he didn’t ask for final payment until the job was fully done and the area was spotless.
