  Overall, the experience was mixed. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes, and they were impressively quick in getting the contract signed and the initial deposit secured, as well as scheduling the project. However, we unfortunately discovered some quality issues after completion – the gate supports weren’t level, and there were a couple of smaller problems. What’s really frustrating is that we’ve been unable to get anyone to address these concerns or even schedule a repair. The salesman has repeatedly passed the responsibility onto the production team, citing their heavy workload, but a week has gone by with no response – it’s like we’ve been ignored. Considering the price paid, we were expecting a much higher standard of work and more responsive customer support. We wouldn’t recommend them to others based on this experience. report abuse
