  I can’t recommend Tavon Flowers and Precision Garage enough! We had a really quick and easy experience with them – he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly to my wife and me, and got the job done incredibly fast.   Tito was fantastic – you could really tell he’s a seasoned professional. With over twenty years of experience working with commercial and residential garage doors, he immediately pinpointed all the issues caused by the original installers. The grinding noise was a real problem, even bothering our neighbors, but Tito’s repairs completely resolved that issue. report abuse

  Tavon did an absolutely fantastic job today – he was so professional, incredibly kind, and really patient, especially with the heat. While the cost was a little higher than anticipated, I completely understand that we’re paying for the Precision brand and I really appreciated everyone taking the time to explain everything thoroughly.   I was absolutely devastated when my garage collapsed on Sunday, with my car inside. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was incredibly unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. I was already stressed about a doctor’s appointment and having to go to work, and his attitude didn’t make things any better. The initial repair person seemed completely unqualified, and the manager even instructed him to mislead me about the situation. I was seriously considering leaving a scathing review of Precision Garage. However, thankfully, Tito Cruz stepped in on Monday morning. He did an outstanding job fixing my garage door, was incredibly professional, explained the problem thoroughly, and even apologized for the inconvenience of me having to reschedule my appointment and miss work.
