  We’ve been incredibly pleased with our experience so far with NV Homes. John Monacci has been absolutely fantastic, always available to answer our questions and guide us through every step of the process, from the initial purchase right through our recent pre-construction meeting. He’s a true professional and a real pleasure to work with. We also met with Andrew Ryznar, our project manager today, and he was equally impressive – he thoroughly explained everything, including the timelines, and carefully checked all of our selections for the new home.   Hal and Bonny had a fantastic experience with NV Homes. David really took the time to show us around the Clarkson model at the Bloomfields development, pointing out all the great features. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions throughout the entire buying process. We especially appreciated how he walked us through everything step-by-step, making sure we felt comfortable and prepared for settlement.   From the bottom of our hearts, we want to express how incredibly grateful we are to the entire team at NV Homes. It had been decades since we last purchased a home, and frankly, we were a little worried about the whole process – it seemed daunting! But from the very beginning, the staff has been so supportive and reassuring, making everything feel comfortable. We especially want to highlight David Katzker, our sales representative. He was absolutely fantastic – so patient, knowledgeable, and just really took the time to explain everything, from the features of our chosen model to the whole building timeline. We’re detail-oriented people, and David answered all of our many questions with thoroughness and a genuine willingness to help. And he went above and beyond when we wanted to build on a specific lot; he worked tirelessly to get that part of the development open for sale, allowing us to start our home-buying journey sooner than we’d anticipated. Carlos Lucero, our project manager, has been equally amazing. He kept us consistently informed with weekly updates, photos, and always made us feel like we were part of the process. He’s a fantastic communicator and truly cares about ensuring we’re happy with the construction. We really appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions we had. We also want to extend our thanks to John, Amie, Logan, Greg, Erin, Carlos Bello, and Kelly Estigarribia – everyone at NV Homes has been professional, competent, and a genuine pleasure to work with.
