Overall, my experience with the Renn Quater community has been pretty disappointing. While the neighborhood itself is nice, I’ve run into some serious issues with the HOA’s rules, particularly regarding fencing. It’s frustrating that single-family homes, like mine, aren’t allowed covered fencing, while townhomes and villas in the same community are. It feels completely unfair and inconsistent, especially since they share some backyard walls with single-family homes. Looking back, I wish I’d taken the time to really dig into the HOA documents and guidelines before buying – I just assumed there’d be reasonable standards in place. It’s been a really frustrating realization, and I hope the HOA will look into this and treat all residents equally, regardless of what type of home they own.

This place is fantastic for families!
