I was really shaken up this afternoon while driving on Route 15. Another driver, in car number 17, nearly didn’t manage to merge into my lane and became incredibly aggressive. He seemed to be trying to force his way in, yelled at me, gave me the finger, and continued to honk his horn for several miles. It was a very frightening experience.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the way Creative Landscapes handled this issue. Eight years ago, they built a retaining wall and stairs around my pool deck, and while the work itself was well-done and I was initially pleased, the wood they used – specifically the ties around the stairs and some of the railing – quickly rotted and failed. I contacted Greg, the owner, repeatedly starting back in the spring, but he was consistently unresponsive. It took numerous calls and emails, and sending photos, before he finally acknowledged the problem and suggested charging me for the repairs. Then, getting anyone from Creative Landscapes to even come out and provide an estimate was a huge struggle. Despite the significant delay and the fact that they supplied the materials, the cost was significantly higher than what another reputable contractor quoted. While Greg did eventually reduce the price slightly, he wouldn't match the other quote, and frankly, I felt they could have done more to rectify the problem, especially considering the poor quality of the original materials. It’s just unacceptable that they didn’t stand behind their work and address this issue promptly.
