  “I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. Before the changes, the service from this franchise was fantastic. However, since the buyout, I was charged a completely unreasonable $200 for a service call that didn't actually fix anything. It feels like I was just being taken advantage of, and Invisible Fence seems to have lost its focus on customer service – it’s purely about extracting money.” report abuse

They scheduled an estimate quickly and, thankfully, the fence was up within a week. What really stood out was their dedication to helping us – and our dog – get used to it. They came out multiple times for training, which was fantastic, and they were so patient and helpful, especially with me! It’s clear they genuinely care about both you and your pet.   I’ve been incredibly happy with my Invisible Fence system – I’ve had it for over six years now, and it’s done a fantastic job keeping my dogs safely contained in the yard. What really sets them apart is their communication; they actually follow up and let you know if they can adjust their schedule.   I absolutely love Invisible Fence of Frederick! From start to finish, they’ve been fantastic. They installed our dog door and the Invisible Fence system, and then they patiently trained our dogs on both. When we brought home a new puppy, they were incredibly responsive and came out right away to train her – she learned everything the first time! Seriously, they’re so knowledgeable, efficient, and quick, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing pet training or fencing solutions. report abuse

  “The fence installation wasn’t quite right – the dog was consistently getting through one particular spot. The installers did promise a follow-up session if we needed it, but we haven’t been able to get in touch with them to schedule it.” report abuse

  “I absolutely recommend the Frederick County office – it was a total nightmare dealing with Apple Valley. They told me my dog’s collar was fine after just a quick test, basically saying to tighten it up and it would work. Of course, it didn’t! I was constantly bringing her home, so frustrated because I knew I’d followed the instructions perfectly. Turns out, the collar wasn’t working at all – just making the sound but no shock. The Frederick team identified the problem immediately and replaced it for me free of charge the next day. I’m so incredibly grateful I went to them – please do your research and choose the right provider to avoid the same awful experience I had.” report abuse

  Seriously, avoid this location. While the company itself seems great, this particular store is permanently closed. We were trying to get a warranty exchange and were incredibly disappointed to find it shut down. report abuse
