  “I had an absolutely terrible experience with this service. They completely missed my appointment, then proceeded to damage my property while attempting a diagnosis. Adding to the frustration, they ignored my calls the day of, which was incredibly unprofessional.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received. Communication has been almost non-existent – they haven’t returned my calls, and I’ve been waiting for two weeks for a replacement part. To make matters worse, I’m now stuck dealing with them because I had to file a claim through the home warranty company. Honestly, I’d give them zero stars if I could. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. They replaced my water heater just a week ago, and it’s already broken down. Worse, they misled me about being scheduled for a replacement and now completely refuse to discuss when they plan to actually complete the job. It feels like their operation is falling apart, and I’m seriously concerned they won’t be able to fix this issue. report abuse

  “I was incredibly frustrated with this company. They installed the wrong water heater three times last year, which repeatedly caused it to break down and left us without hot water for weeks. Worse than that, they refused to reimburse us for the inconvenience and completely ignored my calls trying to get the situation resolved. It was a really terrible experience.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Bricks Plumbing! I contacted AHS on a Sunday and they called me back within minutes to schedule a visit for the following morning. Lloyd, the technician, was fantastic – he was right on time, incredibly polite and professional, and he completely fixed the problem while explaining everything really clearly.   “As a representative of American Home Shield, I’ve worked with Brick Street contractors in Harford County. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their scheduling representatives was extremely poor. She displayed a consistently rude and unprofessional attitude, and shockingly, attempted to cancel my appointment and try to bill me for a different one.   I was really frustrated with the service I received. The flushing mechanism on my toilet was completely broken, and I ended up having to use zip ties to hold it together. After paying $75 to American Homeshield, Darian came out and insisted there was nothing wrong – he just flushed the toilet! It’s clear they’re just collecting a fee regardless of whether the problem is actually resolved, and frankly, it feels like a waste of my money. report abuse
