  Overall, our experience with O’Connor Plumbing was pretty good. We had a really frustrating situation on Saturday when we lost all water, and it was inconvenient not having weekend service available. Thankfully, Ryan responded quickly and diagnosed a failing well pump on Monday. He was fantastic – really knowledgeable and professional, and he and his tech were able to replace the pump at a fair price, plus they even took care of a clogged kitchen drain.   “We had a really stressful morning when our water pump started leaking unexpectedly, but I want to say a huge thank you to Cole from O’Connor – he absolutely saved the day! He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he quickly took care of the leak and did a really thorough check of the pump. When he discovered the slow drip, he immediately suggested we get a new one, and even though it turned into a full-day job, he kept us updated and was just so positive and helpful.   “Dealing with a broken water heater is a huge hassle, but I was really impressed with O’Connor’s service. The first technician arrived right on time, was incredibly friendly and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed our old heater and even scheduled the installation of a new one.   “I had O’Connor Plumbing install a water softener and filtration system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Calvin Collins was fantastic – he was incredibly professional, really knew his stuff, and was just a genuinely friendly guy. He showed up right on time, took excellent care of my floors with protective coverings, and even finished the installation ahead of schedule! Calvin patiently answered all my questions and explained everything in detail, from the type of salt to use to the maintenance I’d need to do.   “I just wanted to share how incredibly grateful we are for O’Connor Plumbing. We had a really tough time when our well pump completely failed, leaving us without water for a whole month – it was absolutely brutal with three little ones! We contacted several other plumbing companies, but they were hesitant to take on the job. Stephen from the Frederick branch was amazing – he was so persistent and reliable, showing up repeatedly until the problem was finally fixed. Thankfully, O’Connor Plumbing responded incredibly quickly – they sent someone the same day and even sent a picture of the technician and his name beforehand, which we really appreciated for their attention to detail. Ethan was fantastic! He called ahead to confirm, arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it perfectly. What’s more, he was just a really friendly and professional guy.
