  Overall, I was really pleased with the work SemperWest did on my house – they tackled the roofing, windows, siding, and gutters with a high level of quality. However, I did have an initial issue with the paint on my siding trim, which unfortunately came off. Brian from the company initially assessed the problem and assured me it was covered under warranty, but it’s been about six months and I haven’t heard back from him. Thankfully, things were resolved quickly when Lance, the project manager, stepped in. He apologized for the delay and immediately scheduled Silco, an expert aluminum technician, to fix the trim. Silco did a fantastic job, and now the siding looks absolutely perfect. It’s clear Lance and his team really care about the work they do, and I can confidently say SemperWest is the only place I’d trust for this kind of work. report abuse

  Semper West did an absolutely fantastic job working on my house! They not only expertly wrapped the exterior wood trim, but they also handled significant wood and stucco repairs and completely replaced my gutters and downspouts. Brian and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and really worked hard to get everything done quickly and to a really high standard.
