I was really disappointed with my experience with this tile and grout machine. It simply didn’t work, and when I returned it, the lady at the rental center was quite difficult to deal with. I had to contact US Steam to get assistance, and I’d tried repeatedly to reach their rental center – getting hung up on the first call and then stuck on hold for over 45 minutes. It felt like there was no other option. Then, they tried to charge me a hefty fee for a malfunctioning machine, but thankfully I had the damage protection. It seemed like a frustrating tactic to try and avoid responsibility, and US Steam even suggested returning it to them as a last step for help.

Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. The employees we interacted with were genuinely helpful and professional, particularly Zach, who deserves serious consideration for a promotion – customer service truly is his strength. However, the management team needs a significant overhaul. We were repeatedly met with rudeness and a blatant unwillingness to assist, despite having a reserved tool. The fact that they closed early and didn’t communicate this clearly through their website is unacceptable. Now they’re asking us to return tomorrow, which is completely unreasonable and a waste of our time and gas. Tracy, the manager, specifically needs to address this situation, and the older worker’s behavior was completely inappropriate. Please update your website hours and prioritize clear communication to avoid further inconveniencing customers.

“I went to rent a jackhammer and was incredibly frustrated. Despite there being 50 employees on site, no one could actually process the rental. I was told I’d have to wait until the next day – it was a really strange and inconvenient experience, and frankly, the whole place seemed like a joke.”

I was really disappointed with my experience renting the log cutter. It wouldn’t even start when I took it home, and then they accused me of damaging it and charged me a significant fee. Honestly, it was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning.

“I had a really frustrating experience here. The service was terrible, and the manager was incredibly rude. Honestly, I’d much rather shop at Lowe’s.”

“The rental truck was delivered very quickly.”

“On a slightly different note, I wanted to mention that a month prior, I’d rented a jackhammer and the guy I dealt with was really helpful – he even gave me the contract, which was in French, for just $4.02.”
