  I was really frustrated with the service I received when my front door needed repair under warranty. I explained the issue – that the hinges seemed to be the problem – to the person I spoke with, and they assured me a repair would be scheduled. However, after waiting nearly two hours, only one person arrived with a Pledge cleaner. They didn’t even have the correct parts to address the hinge issue, and my time was completely wasted. report abuse

  I was really impressed with the service – they were incredibly considerate of my schedule, gave me a heads-up call, arrived right on time, and were just really friendly and efficient. I’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with the presentation. It barely got off the ground, and I’m struggling to understand how they managed to keep it going for even two hours. I’d give it a one-star rating at most – honestly, a negative ten feels more accurate. report abuse

  Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The waitress was fantastic – incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was good too, and it was lovely to see the owner again after so long. I think a half-star rating would have been a fair reflection of the evening. report abuse
