  It’s absolutely incredible! We started working with America’s Home Place back on April 2nd, 2025, and just over four months later, we’ve finally moved into our brand new, custom-built home – we got the keys!   “Honestly, this project presented some really significant hurdles from the start. The location right on the river created a whole host of permitting issues, and it took nearly two years to finally get the electricity connected. Adding to that, we had to navigate the complexities of the train bridge with its limited 11-foot clearance – it was a constant consideration throughout the whole process.” report abuse
