  “We’ve unfortunately had a really frustrating experience with Mitchell Homes. We’ve accumulated a significant amount of documentation – photos and records – that clearly demonstrate issues with the quality of workmanship and the lack of proper oversight during the construction of our home. Despite it being a year since the build was completed, we’re still battling to get several warranted items resolved.   Working with Mitchell Homes to build our home in the Northern Neck was a really positive experience. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process – the sales team did a great job guiding us through all the choices, and Debbie in the main office was fantastic at keeping everything on track with the permits and paperwork.
