  We couldn't be happier with the work Bob Miles and Sons did on our house renovation! From start to finish, everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Tori and Kat in the office were fantastic to work with, and Rick, the carpenter, was truly amazing – his craftsmanship on the hood, cabinets, crown molding, and wainscoting is just beautiful (you can see the photos!). We especially want to give a shout-out to Caleb and Buck – they were fantastic with the plumbing too. Seriously, the whole team was fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend Bob Miles and Sons based on our wonderful experience. report abuse

  “I’ve always been really pleased with Bob Miles – they’re incredibly reliable, quick to respond, and genuinely professional. However, they can be a bit pricey. My most recent experience was fantastic though; the plumber was so well-prepared, knowledgeable, and just really considerate, and it ended up being a fraction of what I anticipated.   “I can’t recommend Bob Miles and Son highly enough! We hired them for a plumbing issue with our tub, and Caleb went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly. He worked late one day to resolve the problem completely, and he was just fantastic – professional, incredibly nice, and even patient with our dogs! They cleaned up perfectly after the job, and our tub is now working great.   “We had a really stressful situation – a complete water outage on a freezing morning! But Bob Miles & Son were fantastic. A service team arrived incredibly quickly, and Bock and Sam were absolutely wonderful.   “I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful we are to Bob, Bobby, Caleb, and Tori for their amazing service today! We had a really serious issue – our water expansion tank burst, flooding our basement and taking out our furnace, leaving us without heat on this freezing 28° day. We called at 7 am and again at 4:30 pm, and they arrived promptly and got the problem completely resolved with a new tank and running water.   Bob Miles and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our plumbing project – it was really quite complex. Caleb, the service guy, was a lifesaver!   “This company has been fantastic to work with. They were consistently professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough – we used them on both some plumbing jobs and a natural gas conversion.   “Tori and Buck were absolutely fantastic! They really saved the day for me on a Friday afternoon when I had a plumbing emergency. I’d called around to several plumbers and no one was available, but Tori called back and Buck was thankfully there within 15 minutes.
