  Erica was incredibly pleased with the service she received from NY Land Surveyor. She contacted them because they had records of a survey done on her property in 1996, a situation she found quite stressful. The company, particularly Unita, really went the extra mile to quickly obtain and provide her with the specific survey she needed.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s conduct. They worked on a job for my neighbor, but their behavior was completely unacceptable. They trespassed onto my property without any warning or permission, going all the way into my backyard. To make matters worse, they left the gate open, which is incredibly concerning given that I have young children at home. After I contacted them about it, they didn’t even bother to follow up. I’m seriously considering sharing videos of this trespass on social media.” report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Their customer service is incredibly unreliable – they promise to call you back and then simply don’t follow through. It’s a complete waste of time. report abuse
