  “I really regret using this company. While they were quick to respond to my initial emails, they completely failed to follow through and actually schedule a survey for my home. Despite multiple requests for a specific date and time, they ignored me. They took my money upfront and have no way to contact them – no phone number at all. It’s clear these reviews are fake, and I’m now left with no solution and no refund. I’m seriously considering further action, like filing a police report and pursuing a claim through small claims court.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service – they responded incredibly quickly and were very helpful and informative. They even surveyed two of my properties. I had a tricky situation with a neighbor who was claiming a portion of my land and threatening to build a fence on it.
