They had exactly the luxury vinyl plank I was looking for, and their installation price was a great value compared to other companies I’d gotten quotes from. The quote itself was very thorough, and the installers did a fantastic job – especially the way they handled the mitered corners on the shoe moulding!   “We’ve been absolutely thrilled with Anderson Floors – we’ve used them twice now and can’t recommend them enough! The first time, we were completely new to hardwood and William and Andy were fantastic. They really took the time to educate us about the different wood options and the installation process, and we ended up with a beautiful engineered hickory hardwood that’s still going strong. They were always so helpful with maintenance questions and we felt completely confident in our investment. More recently, we had a devastating leak under our floor and needed to replace the entire first floor. Andy was incredible – he really went above and beyond, working with our insurance adjuster to get us approved for natural hickory hardwood with staining to match our upstairs. And, wonderfully, we ended up with an even upgraded floor! This time, we had Diego as our crew foreman, and he was just outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kept us updated every day while we were temporarily out of our house, and made sure everything was perfectly matched to the sample we’d approved. The whole process was so smooth, and I especially loved how the new laminate and tile in the bathroom completely transformed the space, giving our house a fresh, modern look. They kept me fully informed throughout, especially when it came to deciding on the tile layout, and the job was finished in just three days with minimal disruption to our household. William and his team were fantastic – they took care of everything seamlessly, matching the new flooring perfectly to my existing floors. They even went the extra mile to remove the carpet in my bedrooms and install beautiful hand-scraped hardwood to complete the look. William was fantastic – he took the time to understand my vision, answered all my questions patiently, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. And Diego and his crew were incredibly professional and careful, they were so considerate of my furniture. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail, and Diego even helped me pick the perfect stain color for my stairs! They stuck to the agreed-upon timeline and the price was very competitive, definitely more reasonable than some other companies I’d gotten quotes from.
