  Overall, I was really disappointed with this company. They came out to take measurements and provide an estimate, but then there was no follow-up – no estimate, no communication whatsoever. I suspect they found the job too complicated or perhaps realized they couldn’t inflate the price because I seemed to know a bit about fence installation. Ultimately, I found a different company who was professional and reliable, though I did notice the installer seemed quite young, which I probably should have anticipated. report abuse

  Overall, my experience with Oasis was pretty frustrating. Daniel, who contacted me initially, was pleasant enough, though it felt a little odd that he presented himself as the one taking action. However, the biggest issue was his behavior – he started picking pods off my redbud tree and scattering them across my lawn, which was really unacceptable. Getting a quote was relatively quick, considering it was the Fourth of July, but once I asked for a revision to remove one gate, they never responded. I gave them five days, and despite sending a follow-up email, they claimed they hadn’t received it – which is puzzling since I received a reply from them today. Ultimately, they couldn’t accommodate our timeframe, and sadly, someone else ended up getting the job and the money. Based on their poor communication and lack of responsiveness, I wouldn’t recommend this company. report abuse
