  I couldn’t be happier with White Mountain Overhead Doors! When my garage door spring broke, they were incredibly responsive – Dylan arrived within an hour and quickly got the door open with a temporary fix. I ended up ordering new doors instead, and Dylan was fantastic, patiently helping me choose from his catalog and color options. The office staff were also wonderful, especially when I had to make a last-minute change to my door color. Everything went exactly as scheduled, with my new doors arriving and being professionally installed by Sarah and Dylan, who were both friendly and efficient. They quickly addressed a broken spring on our old door, with Sarah and Dylan even coming by to put in a temporary fix before the permanent installation two weeks later. Then, when our garage door was damaged by the snowplow, they responded promptly and replaced it within a few hours – a huge relief!   Overall, I had a really positive experience with White Mountain Overhead Door. They provided an excellent product and got the installation done quickly and professionally. I especially appreciated how they took care of removing the old doors and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. The original installer just wasn’t responding at all, wouldn’t return our calls, and completely ignored our request to have them take a look. One of the panels was damaged by a car and unusable. Thankfully, we found White Mountain Overhead Doors, who responded incredibly quickly and diagnosed the problem perfectly. They ordered the replacement panel and scheduled an appointment that fit our busy schedule – it was fantastic service.
