  Orange Coast Windows really exceeded my expectations! From the start, Michael was fantastic – he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a Provia exterior door and showed me plenty of samples. He even went the extra mile by delivering paint samples and new hinges in a different color, which was incredibly helpful. The doors themselves are absolutely beautiful and perfectly matched my vision. Michael continued to be communicative and supportive even after the doors were delivered.   “I couldn’t be happier with Orange Coast Windows! We had a really unfortunate situation – some lawn care workers accidentally broke one of our windows, and thankfully they were Milgard windows, meaning a full replacement was necessary to keep the warranty intact. Kevin was fantastic; he quickly got us an accurate quote, using the window’s serial number to ensure we got the exact replacement. He was so clear about all the costs – materials, labor, everything – and kept us informed about the timeline. Michael, the installer, was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond, even helping us move our furniture and carefully reinstalling our blinds (which were a little bent from a previous installation). He even took the initiative to add extra bracing and straighten them out – it was such a thoughtful touch! You can tell he really cares about doing a great job. I also really appreciated the convenience of being able to pay with a credit card on-site and receiving an emailed receipt. It’s just a small thing, but it makes everything so much easier. Honestly, I’m planning to use Orange Coast Windows again when I need to replace a skylight for my parents’ house – they’re that good!” report abuse
