  Orange Coast Windows really exceeded my expectations! From the start, Michael was fantastic – he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in Provia exterior doors and showed me plenty of samples. He even went the extra mile by delivering paint samples and new hinges in a different color, which was incredibly helpful. The doors themselves are absolutely gorgeous and perfectly matched my vision. Michael continued to be communicative and supportive even after the doors were delivered.   “I couldn’t be happier with Orange Coast Windows! A lawn care worker accidentally broke one of my windows, and thankfully, because I have a Milgard window, they explained that a full replacement was necessary to keep my warranty valid. Kevin was fantastic – he was incredibly efficient, quickly got the exact model and measurements using the window’s serial number, and clearly outlined all the costs, including materials and labor, in a way I could easily understand. Then Michael came and did the work, and he really went above and beyond. He not only replaced the window perfectly, but he even helped me move my furniture and took the time to straighten out my slightly bent blinds from a previous installation, adding extra bracing for good measure. It was a really thoughtful touch! I also really appreciated the convenience of being able to pay with a credit card on-site and receiving an emailed receipt – it made the whole process so much easier.
