  Honestly, I was really disappointed with their service. They were over an hour late to our initial meeting to discuss the job, and it took almost a week after I followed up to finally get a quote – and even then, I never heard from them again. It’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with this company, and I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, I’ve been really happy with this company’s products – the quality is fantastic and they clearly stand behind what they sell. However, my recent experience with customer service was quite frustrating. I had to contact them several times to get a defective door replaced, and despite promises to follow up, I never heard back.   I recently had All American Door replace my windows again – it’s the second time I’ve used them, and I couldn’t be happier. Greg and his team were fantastic – really courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I had two corner windows that were badly damaged by the weather, with the insulation constantly popping out, and I wasn’t thrilled with the metal post connecting them. They completely replaced the windows and expertly matched the stucco to blend seamlessly with the rest of my house. The difference is incredible; it looks and feels so much better now, and I’d definitely recommend All American Door. report abuse

  Dealing with the process of ordering those 50-inch French exterior doors was a complete nightmare. After waiting three months from my Home Depot order, I was shocked to learn they were discontinued. I then contacted several other suppliers, and no one could fulfill my specific request. Thankfully, I spoke with Atlantis at All American Doors, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond, patiently working to find a company that could actually get me the doors I needed, keeping me informed every step of the way with regular updates and detailed information.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience with All American Doors & Windows. From the initial service to the final installation, everything was fantastic. The installers were truly professional – they were meticulous, covered everything perfectly, and took the time to ensure everything was spotless before leaving each day. We still have a few more windows to get installed, and we’ll absolutely be calling them back. We were also really impressed with how quickly they addressed the issue with a couple of screens that arrived damaged; they replaced them immediately.   “I can’t recommend this contractor – Greg and his team were, without a doubt, the most challenging and frustrating experience I’ve ever had. Greg consistently offered excuses and blamed manufacturers for delays and mistakes, refusing to own up to the issues with the installation of our windows and sliding doors. What was supposed to be a two-month project ended up taking nine months, and we’re still dealing with problems – undelivered products and poorly installed windows. Honestly, at this point, we’ve given up on getting things resolved. If you’re in Southern California, please, do yourself a favor and go with a different contractor.   I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Greg, the owner, was completely unreliable – he initially told me the windows would take eight weeks, but it ended up taking eight *months* to complete the job. And to make matters worse, he refuses to take responsibility for the damage he caused during the installation. He’s constantly blaming the manufacturer, and we’re still being charged for work that wasn’t even done on time. It’s a completely unethical and deceitful business practice. I’ve heard the same thing from other customers who used his services, and they’re still waiting for their windows to be finished. Please, do yourself a favor and find a different window company – you’ve been warned! report abuse
