  “Working with Greg and his team was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, they were incredibly open and communicative, which is really important to me when hiring contractors. I tend to be very detail-oriented and want to be fully informed about the project and where my money is going, and I never had a moment’s hesitation with them – they proactively provided all the details and consistently delivered on their promises. I especially appreciated how they addressed a small issue with one of the screens without me even asking, immediately ordering a replacement. They were consistently professional, respectful of my home, and on time. David, the foreman, was fantastic – he kept everyone on track and ensured everything was done to the highest standard, and he always followed up with me to answer any questions I had.   “Overall, I was really pleased with the work done by the team from All American. Greg provided a clear and honest quote, and Alanis was fantastic to work with in the office. Specifically, Andrew and David were outstanding on-site – they were true professionals and did a fantastic job installing the large slider with side lights.   “I was really disappointed with their responsiveness. They were over an hour late to our initial meeting to discuss the job, and it took nearly a week after I followed up to finally get a quote – and even then, I never heard from them. Honestly, it’s been incredibly difficult to get in touch with them and get any updates. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really happy with this company’s products – their quality is fantastic and they’re great about standing behind what they sell. However, my recent experience with customer service was frustrating. I had to contact them several times to get a defective door replaced, and despite promises to follow up, I never heard back.   “I’ve used All American Door twice now, and I’ve been really impressed both times. Greg and his team were fantastic – so courteous and professional. They recently replaced two heavily damaged corner windows at my house, and the insulation was a real problem. I also wasn’t thrilled with the metal posts connecting the windows. They did a great job replacing everything and even matched the stucco perfectly, which really ties the whole house together.   “I want to share my incredibly frustrating experience ordering exterior doors. I initially ordered a set of 50-inch wide French doors from Home Depot, but after waiting three months, I was told they were discontinued. It was then that I found All American Doors and, specifically, Atlantis’s help. She was absolutely fantastic – so patient and dedicated to finding a company that could fulfill my original order. She kept me constantly informed and provided me with all the details I needed. Honestly, it was a relief to find a business that truly values its customers and treats them with such respect.   “Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the service we received from All American Doors & Windows. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism. The installers were fantastic – truly meticulous, covering and cleaning up after themselves each day. We still have a few more windows to install, and we’ll absolutely be contacting them again. We were also really impressed with how quickly they addressed the issue with a couple of bent screens from the manufacturer; they replaced them right away.   “I can’t recommend this contractor – Greg and his team were, without a doubt, the most challenging and frankly, unethical, experience I’ve ever had. From the start, Greg seemed to deflect responsibility, constantly blaming the manufacturers for delays and issues with the work itself. What was supposed to be a two-month window installation ended up taking nine months, and we’re still dealing with problems – undelivered products and poorly installed windows. At this point, it’s clear there’s no chance of getting things resolved, and I sincerely hope my review can help others in Southern California avoid a truly awful experience. Seriously, go anywhere else – you’ve been warned!” report abuse
