  I absolutely have to say, Friends and Family Flooring did an incredible job for me! They took on a really big project – first replacing all my old engineered hardwood with beautiful Stanton LVP, and then they came back to do the upstairs hallway and add carpeting to the steps. Seriously, they blew me away both times. The LVP in the hallway looks absolutely seamless, and the carpet they put in on the steps is just fantastic – so much better quality and they really paid attention to detail, far exceeding what our original builder did. The whole team was so professional, friendly, and clearly skilled. They were super responsive throughout the whole process and kept everything incredibly clean and tidy. Because we live quite a distance away, we were looking for someone reliable to handle the entire carpet replacement. Tommy responded to our initial contact through a mutual friend immediately, which was fantastic. They expertly replaced the carpet throughout the whole unit, and we were really impressed with how seamlessly they worked with us, mostly just over the phone.
