  Working with Floor Rio and Ray was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, Ray was incredibly dedicated and enthusiastic – it really made the whole kitchen remodel feel like a special project. He was there every day, and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything done perfectly. The quality of the products and the workmanship were outstanding, and he consistently went above and beyond our expectations. It truly felt like Christmas every day!   “I was really struggling to find the right flooring and was pretty disappointed with what I’d seen at Lowe’s and Home Depot – the quality just wasn't there. Then I visited Floor Rio, and I was blown away! They have such a fantastic selection of beautiful, high-quality products. It really made the other stores look quite basic. I was a little hesitant at first because it seemed a bit pricey, but thankfully, Ray, the owner, worked with me to find something that fit my style and budget.   Honestly, we were so impressed with Floor Rio! We were just initially looking for some flooring for our home remodel – hardwood and tile, plus we needed a new stair railing and powder room tile – and we quickly realized they had everything we needed and so much more. Ray, the owner, is fantastic to work with, and his whole family is incredibly helpful, friendly, and really knowledgeable. They didn’t just offer high-quality products at great prices; they also gave us some fantastic design ideas without pressuring us into anything. They handled our entire remodel – floors, railing, and tile – and their installation teams were absolutely top-notch – prompt, courteous, and incredibly skilled. What really stood out was how they handled any little hiccups; Ray and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.   “I can’t recommend Rio Abbey enough! Three years ago, we hired them to completely renovate our apartment, and it was such a fantastic experience. Our realtor, Jeremy Rosenthal, steered us towards Ray Tabarzadi and his wife – they’re the owners, and they're just wonderful people. Seriously, they were so kind, helpful, and made what can be a really stressful process incredibly easy. Ray guided us through all the decisions for our kitchen, bathrooms, and carpet, and he really delivered a completely finished product. We’re now renovating two bathrooms and replacing our carpet, and we went with Rio Abbey again. Their prices were fair, but honestly, the biggest thing is the trust I have in Ray and his wife. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a great job and sticking to their schedule.
