  Boyland has been our Generac service provider for a couple of years now, and we’ve been really pleased with them. We switched after our previous company wasn’t quite meeting our needs – they weren’t electricians, which was a key factor for us. The previous homeowner had been using them, but we felt it was time for a change. They do a good job of checking things out twice a year to keep everything running smoothly, and they recently installed a whole-house surge protector for us. The office staff is always professional and helpful, and really willing to work with us on anything we need. Our only minor feedback is that they don’t always answer the phone immediately, but we’ve found that email is a reliable way to get in touch. report abuse

  Boyland did a fantastic job for us – we had them install a new Generac system for the whole house back in 2020, and we’ve been incredibly pleased ever since. The installation itself was top-notch – really professional, kept everything neat and tidy, and it’s worked perfectly from the start. Their technical knowledge was impressive, and they’ve continued to provide excellent annual maintenance. We were also really impressed with their work installing our ChargePoint EV charger and setting up the 240V circuit for our new convection oven – they handled everything seamlessly. report abuse
