  I was initially very pleased with the work they did replacing my vanity door mirrors back in 2005 – it was a really good job for $178. However, things went completely sideways when I needed a repair a few years later. They dramatically increased the price, almost doubling the original cost, but then became incredibly rude and tried to gouge me. The worst part was, when I explained that I’d had the same doors replaced for much less in the past, they insisted they had no record of me as a customer, despite having repaired a door for my friend – a regular commercial client – just a couple of years prior. It felt incredibly dismissive and unfair, especially considering they’d previously handled similar repairs without issue. Honestly, if they’d simply communicated their change in pricing or decided they no longer wanted to do this type of work, it wouldn’t have felt so abrupt and unpleasant. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience getting my shower door hinge replaced. The technician seemed unsure about the problem, essentially telling me the hinge was fine but that the door needed adjustment without explaining *why*. When I asked for clarification, he just brushed it off. It felt like he wasn’t willing to fully address my concerns, and he was also incredibly slow. Ultimately, it seemed like a simple job that wasn't worth his time, and I won’t be returning. report abuse
