  Ben and his team were fantastic – genuinely honest, professional, and really friendly. We were initially expecting to need four window glass updates, but Ben quickly assessed the situation and informed us we only needed two, which was a huge help.   “I had one of our old, single-pane windows repaired by Ben from Safety Window Glass Repair. The windows themselves are about 20 years old, and the previous owners said they’d served them well, though one had a crack from their move-out. I found Ben through a recommendation, as not all glass repair companies work with single-pane windows. I contacted him on Monday and he scheduled a visit for Thursday. He arrived a little late, but he was incredibly professional, quickly assessed the damage, explained exactly what he was going to do, and did a really neat job of fixing it. He even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The whole process took just over an hour. Honestly, I can only really comment on Ben's excellent service – he was polite, efficient, and did a fantastic job. Hopefully, we won't need to call him again, but we’ll definitely be reaching out if we ever need another repair.” report abuse
