  “I had a really positive experience with Mallick. I called last Friday morning when I discovered a leak around my water heater, and they were able to schedule a technician out for that afternoon. They then surprised me with a much earlier appointment just an hour later – that was fantastic! Billy was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the problem and getting everything fixed. Seriously, no more leaks!   Billy was fantastic – truly a lifesaver! He went above and beyond, coming for two consecutive days to pinpoint and fix the leak in my house. He didn’t just find the problem, he followed up the next day to ensure it was completely resolved, and even identified and addressed a few other issues along the way.   Mallick and Mr. Hooper did a fantastic job replacing my faucet – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mr. Hooper was so friendly and professional, and he really knew what he was doing. Everything was done efficiently and with a lot of care, and they even cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I’d definitely recommend them for any plumbing work. report abuse

  “We were in a really tough spot when our old water heater died during the winter, and we needed a replacement immediately. Mallick Plumbing stepped in and got someone out to us the same day – thankfully, it was Remy. He was fantastic – so polite, really knew his stuff, and took the time to understand our needs and budget, helping us choose the perfect water heater. Remy and Jeremy worked together tirelessly that evening to get it installed, and we’re incredibly happy with the whole installation. A few weeks later, we noticed a small leak in one of the valves they’d installed, which was a bit worrying. But Mallick Plumbing didn’t leave us hanging! They quickly scheduled a technician, Abbas, who arrived at a convenient time. Abbas was also incredibly professional and considerate – he was really respectful of our home and took care to protect it. I really appreciate how quickly they addressed the issue and stood behind their work.   Eric was fantastic – I’ve used Mallick’s services twice now and he’s consistently been a pleasure to have in my home. He’s incredibly courteous, clearly explained what was going on, patiently walked me through the repair, and got the job done quickly and effectively.
