I had a really unsettling experience this morning at the Wawa in Edgewater. I witnessed an employee, wearing a standard stripping shirt, taking electrolyte drinks without paying. I immediately brought it to the employee’s attention after completing my purchase, but he just showed me his phone to prove he had money. Frankly, that didn’t address the theft itself. After that, I contacted the President of Wawa, hoping to get the situation resolved, but he was incredibly dismissive, telling me to "shut up" and stop raising concerns. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I regret not getting the employee's name, but ultimately, this experience has left me deeply concerned about the trustworthiness of the staff. I wouldn't recommend this Wawa location, given this kind of behavior.
