“I have to say, my experience with this company has been really frustrating. I sent a detailed request for one of their team members to assist with managing a rental property I oversee, but I never received a single response. They then scheduled an appointment without even talking to me about it, and now they’re sending me a bill for work that wasn’t authorized. It’s clear there’s a significant lack of communication and a serious issue with their business conduct.”

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received this morning. One of your employees behaved incredibly aggressively while driving a Toyota Prius. He was excessively honking at me as I was experiencing difficulties with my car’s transmission, and at one point attempted to force my vehicle off the road by crowding my lane. The behavior was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a serious lack of respect for other drivers and patience. Given this experience, I cannot recommend your business to anyone. If you are unable to manage your employees and ensure they operate with courtesy and professionalism, then I strongly advise against doing business with you. I believe this employee’s actions reflect poorly on your company, and I urge you to investigate this matter, particularly concerning the vehicle with tags ending in 225.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I called to have a warranty repair done on my geothermal system – a $70,000 investment – and the technician essentially just “lumped” around without actually fixing anything. Worse, they demanded half the labor cost upfront, which felt completely unreasonable and insulting. The dispatcher also had a really poor attitude. Ultimately, they didn't even show up for the repair, which was just unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend using this company again.
