  Honestly, our experience with this company was really disappointing. The first representative we spoke with came across as quite condescending and didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping us explore our options for garages and sheds. He gave us short, unhelpful answers to our simple questions and it felt like he was rushing us off. While their prices might be competitive and they offer a discount for veterans, the poor initial customer service suggests a frustrating experience overall, so we decided to go with another provider. The only positive was that the second sales representative, Mike, was very polite and helpful. report abuse

  “I was so pleased with my experience! Mike and Leroy were fantastic – they really helped me find the perfect shed. The shed itself is beautiful and clearly built with a lot of care and attention to detail. I did have a small issue with a few damaged shingles after delivery due to a low branch on my road, but they were incredibly responsive and had them replaced the very next day.   Honestly, we were so thrilled with our new shed from Creative Outdoor Sheds! The whole process was incredibly smooth, starting with a fantastic experience with Mike and the office staff. They were really helpful. The builder in Pennsylvania even made a couple of smart adjustments to the design after we placed our order, and it arrived exactly when they said it would.   I was so impressed with Creative Outdoor Sheds! It’s a fantastic small business run by the Amish, and Mike, the Englishman who operates it, is just wonderful – incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had a custom shed built for my new home and a playground set for my granddaughter, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and the way they listened to my needs and designed everything perfectly. If you’re looking for a truly custom-built shed that’s made with care, I highly recommend giving Mike a visit! report abuse

  I was really looking forward to buying my shed from this company – I’d spent time checking out their website and read all the good reviews, even their “what to know before you buy” article. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The moment I walked into the office, I was met with a really rude and dismissive attitude. The salesperson seemed to think I was bothering him, and he even contradicted information I’d found in their own materials. It felt like he wasn't interested in helping me, and his behavior was just unpleasant. Honestly, the whole experience was so negative that I felt compelled to leave a review. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere – you deserve a much better welcome and service. report abuse

  “Overall, the sheds themselves looked promising, and Mike was very pleasant to communicate with via email. However, I ultimately decided not to move forward with their services – I needed a full, professional installation, including permits and a proper foundation, and frankly, their approach felt a little misleading. They only offered a partial service, and when I questioned them about it, Mike essentially brushed it off, comparing them to other Amish companies who couldn’t handle those aspects. It just didn’t align with my expectations or my desire to work with a truly comprehensive contractor. I’m going to be reaching out to some Amish professionals instead – I felt like it was important to find a company that offered a complete solution.” report abuse

  “Leroy and Mike did an absolutely fantastic job – they really went above and beyond throughout the entire project. Considering the challenging circumstances with lumber prices and supply chain delays, they managed to keep the cost and timeline remarkably on track.
