  I recently used Kroll’s services for some window repairs, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bob was fantastic – he was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly assess the damage, explaining everything clearly. The work itself was done quickly and to a really high standard; my windows look fantastic! What really stood out was Bob’s attention to detail; he made sure everything was perfect before finishing up. He was also just a really nice guy – punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property. Trevor Warner was a lifesaver – he really took the time to explain everything, showed me all the options, and worked with me to find a solution that fit both my house and my budget for the gutter replacement. The whole project was completed in just two weeks, and they even followed up to fix a loose fitting on one of the downspouts – something I wouldn't have even noticed until the first rain!   I was honestly pretty skeptical when I first started looking into getting a new roof through insurance – the idea of only paying my deductible was really appealing. But Kroll Construction and especially Jimmy Pollard, completely changed my mind. They got the job done in less than a month, which was fantastic, and Jimmy kept me updated every step of the way.
