I had a really frustrating experience working with this scaffolding company. As a local contractor, I’ve dealt with several, but this one was completely unacceptable. We needed scaffolding for a full house installation ($1800), and then requested additional support for two chimneys, which they quoted at $2400. I understood that to be the final cost given the relatively small increase in work. However, they then claimed an *additional* $2400, bringing the total to $4200 – it was outrageous. When I questioned the change, the representative responded with an incredibly unprofessional comment about the contract, essentially saying I was being unreasonable. Honestly, it was a completely dismissive and disrespectful response. I strongly advise against using this company; they seem to take advantage of their customers and have no regard for fair business practices.
