They handled everything from the initial Mass Save assessment to the installation of my new 110K hybrid air to air heat pumps. I couldn’t be happier with the results.   “I just want to say, Premier HVAC was fantastic! I’ve worked with so many HVAC crews on the north shore, and honestly, none of them were transparent about pricing or gave a clear diagnosis of our system’s problems. They all recommended full replacements, but Brett, Noah, Cam, and Francis actually pinpointed the real issue and did an amazing job – the best I’ve ever seen, and at a great price too.   Overall, Premier Insulate did a really solid job on this project. They installed closed-cell foam on the underside of the roof, which was great for creating a moisture barrier with a substantial 7-8 inch overlay of open-cell foam over the 2x12 rafters and dormers. The 2x6 walls were also well-insulated with 6” of open-cell. Importantly, the insulation met and even exceeded code requirements for the roof. The crew was very careful to keep dirt and dust outside the space, which is essential when working with insulation – it *is* messy! However, I should mention that the cleanup after installation was at the "ready for a drywall crew" level, meaning there was still some debris inside the space. Customers should anticipate this and understand it's not a completely pristine "move-in ready" situation. Despite that, I’d definitely recommend Premier Insulate and would use their services again. report abuse

We ended up needing some extra attic insulation and door sealing, and the team – Zack and Johnny – did a fantastic job a few weeks later. They were incredibly respectful and kept me well-informed throughout the process. There was a small issue that came to light after the work was done, but Gregg and the crew took care of it immediately and without any charge.
