  Working with Brothers Remodeling to convert our unfinished basement into a beautiful one-bedroom apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Scott, one of the owners, impressed us with his honesty – he immediately acknowledged that large projects like ours inevitably have unexpected challenges. It’s rare to find contractors who are upfront about that. We really appreciated their willingness to show us one of their recently completed projects, and talking to a previous client gave us a great sense of their quality of work. We chose Brothers not for the lowest price, but because of their strong reputation and Scott’s design expertise. He spent a lot of time with us, creating detailed plans and even a 3D model to maximize the space. Things weren’t always smooth sailing – the town building inspector kept requesting changes to the design, but Scott skillfully navigated those hurdles, often finding cost-effective solutions. And after we saw the finished product, Scott noticed a few minor details weren’t quite up to his standards, so his team promptly went back and completely re-did the affected areas. It was truly remarkable to see their dedication to ensuring we were completely satisfied. Scott, Art, and the whole team at Brothers Remodeling are incredibly professional and reliable.   “I can’t recommend Brothers Remodeling highly enough! They were absolutely incredible – truly lifesavers. I’d just bought my first home and was completely devastated when I discovered the previous owners had removed a support beam when they took down a wall. Just as I was reeling, my realtor gave me Art’s information, and he came out immediately. He even noticed a dip in the ceiling from the pictures online, which really put my mind at ease. They did a fantastic job, completely fixing the issue and installing a beautiful new vinyl floor that looks just like real wood in both rooms.   Brothers Remodeling truly went above and beyond for us, especially during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic. They were incredibly supportive and accurate with their initial assessment and scope of work. Thanks to their collaboration with Tripi Engineering, we were able to address some significant structural problems in our basement and living room, leaving us with a completely safe and beautifully remodeled home for our family. Tracey was fantastic, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared for us to finish with our own painting and staining.
