I was incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted by the behavior I witnessed. This employee was subjected to a completely unwarranted and aggressive outburst from a customer simply because he was waiting an extended period for his food. The fact that the line was backed up for everyone else made the situation even more unacceptable. It was a completely unprofessional and disrespectful interaction, and I won't be returning to this establishment.
