  “I was really pleased with Jeffrey’s work surveying my property. It’s an older house, built in the early 1900s, and it’s a bit complicated with three separate parcels, including a large swamp on my land. Despite the lack of original survey markers, Jeffrey was incredibly clear about defining the boundaries. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything so patiently and humbly – it was a really reassuring experience.
