They’ve been my go-to for all my door hardware needs during numerous home renovations. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to help, and genuinely friendly – he really goes above and beyond. Recently, we had a key issue and decided to replace all six of our door locks. Not only did he handle the entire job at a great price, but he even took the time to reconfigure everything to work with a single key! It was all done in just four hours.   “I recently contacted them about a special order door I purchased a year ago, and it was incredibly frustrating. They told me they’d have to track down the information by going through old paper records – they don’t have any electronic records of the order.
