  From the moment we started working with Allan, we felt a genuine connection and knew we’d made the right decision. It all started when we visited the Charleston model at the Parade of Homes – we instantly fell in love, especially with the stunning finished lower level and the salesperson’s honest enthusiasm. Despite already having a commitment to another builder, we couldn't shake the idea of the Charleston. Allan’s team immediately took a chance on us, working with us to explore our options and address our concerns. They were incredible, going above and beyond to help us realize our dream. Throughout the entire process, they treated us like valued VIPs, meticulously working with us to incorporate our design ideas and even creatively resolving a last-minute issue with the lot size. We especially appreciated the seamless collaboration with our sales rep and the architect, and the fantastic support we received from Drexel and Schmidt Custom Flooring. It was truly a stress-free experience, and we’re absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new home – a testament to Allan’s dedication and exceptional service. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed to share my experience working with this organization. Frankly, it was a very difficult and frustrating process. There were significant quality issues throughout the project, and the company consistently failed to deliver on promises – including a completely inaccurate timeline provided by their VP of Sales. We even had a change of project managers mid-build. To make matters worse, getting them to acknowledge and address the quality problems took months, and even then, they seemed more concerned about the potential financial impact on their subcontractors. This was our second project with them in the last six years, and it was by far the worst experience we’ve had – a stark contrast to our previous builds. report abuse

  Tina and Rick Binder had a fantastic experience building their dream home with Allan Builders. They did their research, looking at several model homes and getting quotes from other companies, but Allan really stood out. They particularly loved the Charleston floorplan, but wanted to personalize it, and the team went above and beyond to help them transform it into a beautiful Prairie-style home – something they absolutely adore. Throughout the entire process, their sales person was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the whole Allan team was so well-coordinated and supportive. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect, and we were especially impressed with how everyone was so accommodating and willing to work with them to get exactly what they envisioned.   “We used Demlang to build our first home two years ago, and we were so pleased with their service that we’d absolutely use them again. Allan Builders were fantastic during the design phase. However, when our daughter hired them for a subsequent build, it was a completely different experience – they were consistently late, unresponsive to our concerns, and the quality of their work just wasn’t up to par. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend them based on that experience.” report abuse

  We absolutely love our Parade of Homes model built by Allan Builders! We’ve been so happy with the quality of the home – it’s incredibly solid and the finishes are fantastic. Allan and his team have been fantastic to work with, always responsive and supportive when we had questions. We really appreciate their commitment to their product and would definitely recommend them and call them again if we ever decide to move. The other day, you almost made contact with another driver, and your reaction – including the hand gesture – was really inappropriate. More importantly, it put yourself and others at risk.
