  I’m absolutely thrilled with my new spa from Aqua Spas! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. They were incredibly helpful guiding me through everything, and the team actually set up my spa in just one day – amazing! Kyle has been a lifesaver, always available to answer any questions I have about maintenance and the equipment. Seriously, everyone at Aqua Spas is so friendly and knowledgeable.   Stacy has been absolutely fantastic throughout our hot tub purchase.   “Carl and the team were fantastic! We were really impressed with their knowledge – they weren’t just focused on pools and spas, but also had a great understanding of fireplaces. Carl really went above and beyond, working with us in person, over the phone, and via email to figure out exactly what we wanted and needed.   We absolutely love Aqua Spas & Pools! From the very beginning, they provided an exceptional level of service. They scheduled a showroom visit so we could try out different spas, and David really took the time to understand our needs and help us find the perfect Coast Spa – a beautiful Canadian-made replacement for our old Sundance. He even recommended a fantastic craftsman for the platform and a skilled electrician for the installation, which was seamless and trouble-free. We especially appreciate the detailed tutorial they gave us on how to operate and maintain the spa. It’s clear they’re dedicated to customer satisfaction – their team is always friendly and knowledgeable, and their technicians are incredibly responsive whenever we need service.   Marcus at Aqua Spas and Pools in Gig Harbor was absolutely fantastic! From the warm greeting I received to the end of our conversation, he was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to walk me through my control panel, asking thoughtful questions and even pointing out things I hadn’t considered – like whether the water was hot! He really went above and beyond to gather all the information the technicians would need and clearly explained what to expect during their visit, along with detailing the pricing.   Overall, my experience at Aqua Spa was really positive, especially after my previous service wasn’t great. They had a bit of a shaky start – a couple of little hiccups – but the team of Stacy, Cindy, and Jim were incredibly attentive and really seemed to care about getting things right. Despite those initial bumps, they ultimately delivered a fantastic service that completely met my expectations. I’m confident I’ll be using Aqua Spa again in the future. report abuse

  “We were completely new to the hot tub market when we started looking, and honestly, a little overwhelmed. But from the moment we walked into Aqua Spa & Pools, we felt incredibly welcome. Kyle was fantastic – he was so professional, genuinely knowledgeable about all the different spa options, and really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. The whole process, from discussing our needs to the electrical prep, delivery, and installation, was incredibly smooth and stress-free. He even gave us a great walkthrough after it was set up! Now that we’ve got our hot tub, we’re already thinking about adding things like an umbrella to use it in all kinds of weather, and Kyle has been readily available to answer all our questions.
