  Chance was fantastic! I called about a fan issue on my outdoor unit, and he arrived within two hours – incredibly responsive. He was so knowledgeable and really friendly, and he even went the extra mile by replacing the fan motor himself. Definitely a great experience. report abuse

  Chance and his team were fantastic! I’d always held a certain belief about Jesus, and Chance’s complete transparency and thoroughness – he really answered every question we had – only strengthened that. Despite a few minor distractions, he was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, and I’m so grateful for his honesty and the quality of work.   Oliver and his team did a fantastic job with today’s summer check-up. I really appreciate his professionalism and the thoroughness of the service – he left my home spotless and I feel completely confident knowing he’s protecting my system.   “I was really frustrated when my air conditioner completely stopped working on Saturday evening, especially with the forecast calling for 114-degree temperatures the next day. I contacted a few companies advertising emergency service, but they were all fully booked until Monday. The first technician I spoke with replaced the capacitor, but the problem persisted, and he told me the compressor needed to be replaced – costing upwards of $8,000, or I’d have to buy a whole new unit. Then, I called Olive Air at 10:30 pm, and thankfully, Kaden answered. He came out incredibly early Sunday morning – it was even Father’s Day! – and he was just fantastic. Kaden was so professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly, he was honest. He diagnosed the issue correctly and was able to fix my air conditioner without needing a costly compressor replacement or trying to upsell me anything. Since my system is 12 years old, I also purchased the one-year warranty. I’m so happy with Olive Air and especially with Kaden’s service; I highly recommend them!” report abuse
