Travis runs a truly genuine and old-fashioned business – he personally handles every communication and answered all my questions with a really detailed update on my truck’s condition. He was incredibly proactive, letting me know about a hidden hole drilled into the pillar by the previous owner, and he went above and beyond to fix it, showing me the before and after. The windshield replacement was also perfect! It’s refreshing to see such honesty, transparency, and quality craftsmanship, which seems rare these days.
